Accessibility Statement

Introduction

This statement was last updated on 17 October 2026.

Paddy Teacher Ltd. is committed to making our website, www.paddyteacher.com [confirm address], and our online courses accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We serve teachers and schools in Ireland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, and we aim to meet the accessibility expectations that apply in each of these regions.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website lets visitors with disabilities find information, read content, enrol in courses and complete their learning with the same, or a similar, level of ease as other visitors. This includes people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation or other assistive technologies, as well as the accessibility settings built into their own devices and browsers.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the international standard referenced by accessibility laws and guidance across our service regions. We regard this site as partially conformant: most content meets the standard, but some parts may not yet fully meet it.

To date, we have:

  • Used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set a logical content and reading order on each page

  • Used clear heading structures on all pages

  • Added alternative text to meaningful images

  • Used colour combinations that meet the required colour contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

We review the site whenever we add significant new content and will continue to make improvements.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

Some parts of our service rely on platforms provided by other companies, which we do not own or control. In particular:

  • Our courses are hosted and delivered on Thinkific (course pages, lessons, forums and learner accounts).

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.

We choose providers who publish their own accessibility commitments, and we report any issues we find to them. However, we cannot guarantee that their content fully meets the standard, so we declare partial compliance for these pages:

- Thinkific school address and checkout pages.

If any part of our service is difficult for you to use, please contact us (see below) and we will provide the information or course material in an alternative way wherever possible.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you experience any difficulty accessing our website or courses, need content in an alternative format, or would like to request a reasonable adjustment, please contact our accessibility coordinator:

When contacting us, please tell us the page or course concerned, the problem you encountered and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 working days and to provide a response or a solution within 15 working days.
